Our story
Since childhood, Gabriela and Silvana traveled and lived in different corners of Peru, absorbing the essence of its traditions, the vibrant colors of its land, and the unique textures of its textiles.

With each journey, their love for finely handcrafted garments was woven into their hearts, awakening a deep admiration for the ancestral art and the history intertwined in every thread.
One day, upon arriving in Cusco, they were amazed by the brilliance of the creations in Chinchero, where every weave tells a story, and every stitch is a legacy.
Thus, Fiandina was born in 2019, driven by their passion for home textiles and fashion, with roots in this cradle of tradition and excellence.
Empowering with Threads of Tradition
In the high Andes of Peru, in the picturesque village of Chincheros, a story of resilience, creativity, and community is woven through the skilled hands of artisan women. These brave women have kept an ancient weaving tradition alive, passed down from generation to generation, transforming alpaca, sheep, and llama threads into authentic works of art. There, much more than colorful threads are woven: they intertwine their cultural heritage, sense of identity, and struggle for a better future. Each stitch is a testament to their empowerment and a tribute to a way of life deeply rooted in the land and history of the Andes.

Discover the Ancestral Magic of Our Textile Art
In Chincheros, textile art is an ancestral journey where the wool of sheep, llamas, and alpacas is transformed into fabrics with technique and reverence. From washing with the "saqta" plant to dyeing with natural dyes like kimsak’uchu and retama, each step is intertwined with nature. The "pushca" spindle and expert hands guide the spinning, while the looms come to life with threads that weave stories of tradition and connection to the land, giving birth to authentic works of art that reflect the magic of Chincheros, a window to the past supported by the hands of the present.
