Tiempo de Envío: Los pedidos tienen un tiempo estimado de entrega de 2 a 3 semanas, dependiendo del destino.
Cobertura: Realizamos envíos a nivel mundial.
Moneda: Los pagos se procesan en dólares estadounidenses (USD). Si pagas en otra moneda, la conversión se mostrará automáticamente al realizar el pago.
Proceso de Pedido: Una vez recibido el pedido, lo preparamos y empaquetamos de manera sostenible en aproximadamente 2 días antes de enviarlo.
Envío con Cuidado: Cada paquete se prepara con dedicación y esmero, asegurando que recibas un producto especial hecho con amor.

Política de devolución

Artisanal Authenticity: Our products, such as rugs and runners, are handmade using traditional techniques, which means they may have slight imperfections in the weave, dye stains, or candle wax marks—characteristics that reflect their unique identity.
Accepted Defects for Returns: We only accept returns in cases of evident damage detected within the first 24 hours after receiving the product.
Notification Process: If a defect is found, please email us at fiandinadeco@gmail.com with a photo of the affected product.
Return Conditions: The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Return Shipping Costs: We cover the cost of return shipping.
Compensation Options: The buyer can choose to receive a replacement product or request a refund.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse.
